IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS! MUST READ!
-The petition form MUST be printed two-sided!
-This is the letter size (8.5″ x 11″) version of the form, and it MUST be printed on letter size paper! If you want a legal size version, I can send you one!
-You must personally witness each signature, and once the form is filled you must sign the certificate at the end in the presence of a notary (and not before)
-Signers must be VB residents, but you only have to be a legal resident of the U.S. to be a petition circulator
-Signers must put the address at which they are registered to vote
-DEADLINE IS JUNE 12
