Just got a call from the Department of Elections that there may be a technical problem with how my petitions were printed… We’re waiting for a call back from Richmond as to whether they can be accepted – in case they cannot be (and also to make up any rejected signatures if they can) I need to mount a massive signature drive immediately! There are more than enough members on this group to get the 125 signatures needed, so please come to a VBDC meeting or other event where I’ll have my petition out, or send me a message with your address and a good time to stop by and I’ll come out to you!

-The petition form MUST be printed two-sided!
-This is the letter size (8.5″ x 11″) version of the form, and it MUST be printed on letter size paper! If you want a legal size version, I can send you one!
-You must personally witness each signature, and once the form is filled you must sign the certificate at the end in the presence of a notary (and not before)
-Signers must be VB residents, but you only have to be a legal resident of the U.S. to be a petition circulator
-Signers must put the address at which they are registered to vote
